Kopi and Teh

I am a certificied coffee and tea drinker. Thus, I/we made sure to taste the local coffee and teas in KL and Singapore: kopi, Teh Tarik, teh-C, Teh-O, Hainanese coffee…hot, cold. And we are not disappointed. Suprisingly, the best that we had were bought from the small, local eateries. I even bought an instant Teh Tarik from a local grocery in Sri Permaisuri. But of course, nothing beats the real thing. Celine, my friend’s Malaysian officemate,  taught us how to make our own tea tarik, sharing with us some very useful tricks! I hope to try it one of these days.
