Dip it, spread it

This is the second time that I made this artichoke dip; recipe courtesy of Yummy magazine (I think it’s from their May 2009 issue).  They’ve already featured a couple of artichoke dip/spread recipes, but this is the easiest of them all. The recipe calls for some butter to saute the artichoke hearts and garlic; remove from heat add some mayo, salt, pepper and  Parmesan cheese. I took the liberty of adding quickmelting cheese for more texture and … CHEESE! hehe.  I usually spread it over bread then toast to melt the cheese.  yum! 🙂
